Updated the permissions denied page to redirect to the saml/new page (July 2, 2024)

The store's theme has been updated based on https://shop.gray.com/ as well as the provided branding guidelines. [#372] (April 4, 2024)

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#372] (April 16, 2024)

The home page has been updated based on the look and feel of http://shop.gray.com/. In this update, both the header and footer sections of the home page have been updated to show different content from the rest of the pages.
The category boxes for "Gray Construction & Gray AE", "InLine", "ADPE", "NexGen", "Gray Ohio Valley", and "Custom Graywear Request" have been added to the home page. Clicking any of the first 5 boxes will send the user to the category page where the products that belong to the selected category will be displayed.
On the category page for "Gray Construction & Gray AE", "InLine", "ADPE", "NexGen", "Gray Ohio Valley", and "Custom Graywear Request", the header section has been updated to show only the sub categories under the selected category.
The address fields in the Shipping Address section of the checkout page have been updated to be read-only.
The address fields in the Address Book section of the User Account page have been updated to be read-only.

The following changes have been implemented in the store: (May 23, 2024) [#8638]

1. The "Inline Engineers" logo has been removed from the navigation bar.

2. The "Inline Engineers" category box has been removed from the home page.

The following changes have been implemented in the Checkout Page of the store: (May 30, 2024) [#8654]

1. The address fields in the Shipping Address section have been updated to be editable.

2. The verbiage that reads "If you are shipping to Lexington, use the following address: 10 Quality St. Lexington, KY 40507" has been added in the Shipping Address section of the Checkout page.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of July 2, 2024 (#8772):

The category header links have been updated to not be wrappable. As a workaround, the search bar, user icon, and cart icon have been updated to move to the next row to give way to the category header links.
The footer links have been updated to be centered.
The verbiage on the Shipping Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to read "If you're shipping to Lexington, please select Gray (Lexington) under saved addresses.".

- A notification banner with the verbiage that reads "Additional promotional items are available for purchase in the Lexington office. Additional items include golf accessories, coffee mugs, Yeti's, and more. Please contact graywear@gray.com for more information." has been added to the store and will only appear on the "Promotional Items" subcategory pages and its sub-subcategory pages of the Gray Construction & Gray AE, Gray Ohio Valley, AD Process Equipment, and NexGen Contracting categories.
